Explore a suite of digital arts projects funded by the Arts Council. Read all about the stories behind creating work for the digital arts space and follow the artists, creatives and organisations creating digital artistic work in Ireland. These case studies were researched from projects supported by the Arts Council between 2018 and April 2022. This research formed part of the development of the Digital Arts Policy. The case studies were compiled in conversation with the artists and organisations. 

Some of the work highlighted here showcase the development and growth of Digital Arts in Ireland across different art forms. Some of the projects pivoted and developed into digital work due to the COVID-19 pandemic which meant restrictions to in-person and live experiences for audiences.
