This is an agreement reached by the Arts Council/An Chomhairle Ealaíon and the County and City Management Association. Its purpose is to highlight the value and clarify the current position of the 30-year strategic partnership between the Arts Council and local authorities nationwide, and to set out a vision and broad goals for what can be achieved together over the next ten years.
